Cultural Proficiency Bootcamp

Cultural Proficiency Bootcamp is a 2-day intensive professional development designed for educators, parents, and stakeholders to learn the tools necessary to begin to manage the dynamics of cultural differences.  Diversity is everywhere, even when you cannot outwardly see it.  Learn how to assess how you, as well as our school systems, show up with diversity.  Engage in scenarios and storytelling sessions designed to help stakeholders reflect, assess, and take steps to show up more appropriately with our diverse cultures.  Use what you’ve learned with your teams and in collaborative spaces to ensure equity is at the forefront of all you do.

Gray Space Thinking Bootcamp (C Suite, Administrators, and Leaders)

Let’s face it, it’s tough being a leader, especially in our current society.  Many of our teachers and students face significant trauma due to the pandemic alone.   As a result, administrators experience secondary trauma and don’t know it.  Teachers have put their hands up and are asking that administrators refrain from adding another thing to their plates, even if it is the necessary thing(s) to propel the goals forward.  Studies show leaders do their best work when they take care of themselves and have a healthy work and home balance.   There are ways to keep it together and endure, so your staff can endure, but it takes intentional work.  Gray Space Thinking Bootcamp will give you the tools to begin to mind your mind and ignite innovation.  We will focus on the necessary changes you have planned for your teams, how to think in “Gray Spaces”, and take care of yourself, so the work can continue.

Session Breakdown:

  1. Addressing the Trauma of Leading
  2. Mindfulness and Grounding Techniques for Hard Workers
  3. Endurance for Hard Workers
  4. Review, Challenge, and Revise Systems stuck in tradition
  5. Engage in “out of the box” strategies to ignite innovation

R&R Team Building for Retention Experience

No one hires with the intention to fire.  It costs on average $1300.00 (a person) to train new employees, and when turnover is high this can impact an organizations’ bottom line, reputation, and the ability to attract and recruit qualified talent. This two-day experience empowers and develops organizational leaders to cultivate teams that assist in building climates conducive to retention.  People want to work in spaces that provide the ability to grow and include the total person, and intentional team building helps organizations retain and discover the talent that increases organizational impact and effectiveness.

Transformational Mindset Bootcamp

“A transformative mindset doesn’t define the destination and then hurry toward it. A transformative mindset builds skills, flexibility, and agility – encouraging failure along the way – to pivot at any moment.” ~ Chang Ho

Regardless of your industry or the current challenges your organization faces, you, your clients, and the people who make up your organization have vastly and permanently shifted the way they act — and your organization must shift too if it wants to thrive. The secret is to transform the way you transform – and it all starts with the mindset. Underpinning a transformational mindset comes from shifting to human-centered principles.  It is the ability to reimagine the way we operate around human characteristics when we consider understanding from a place of empathy and emotions, our drive to connect, collaborate and socialize.

Session Breakdown:

  1. Build your skills as a change agent
  2. Cultivating a Growth Mindset
  3. Identifying hidden talent and hidden leadership
  4. Ignite personal and professional confidence

Harmoneutic Communication Boot Camp

Harmoneutic intelligence is the understanding that our culture of interaction operates from three dimensions of relationship: communication, camaraderie, and collaboration (not teamwork).  This work is deeply rooted in assisting leaders to operate in vulnerable communication to move beyond surface discussions and tackle potentially counterproductive issues. Teamwork is based upon the ability to assign a task, complete the task individually, and then share the end results with the team.  Harmoneutic communication empowers leaders to move from teamwork to true collaboration.

Session Breakdown:

  1. Restorative Work Environments
  2. Psychologically Safe Spaces
  3. Calling In (Challenging Cancel Culture)

“If your success is defined as being well adjusted to injustice and well adapted to indifference, then we don’t want successful leaders. We want great leaders- who love the people enough and respect the people enough to be unbought, unbound, unafraid, and unintimidated to tell the truth.”
